Obrecht-Phoenix Contractors, Inc. is a commercial General Contractor and Construction Manager based in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Established in 1992 by members of the construction division of a local real estate development company, Obrecht-Phoenix is able to provide both construction services and assistance with overall project development.
We have constructed facilities ranging from a urethane foam plant, to a 30 acre distribution facility to a chain of regional convenience stores. We have completed projects ranging from a $17 million condominium to a $50,000 tenant improvement. In addition to typical general contracting services, our knowledge of property and building development allows us to provide valuable site development
and value engineering analysis.
Our services are typically offered in the Baltimore metropolitan area, the eastern shore of Maryland and the Delmarva peninsula. We have constructed facilities in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey and Massachusetts for national clients. We are able to offer our construction expertise combined with an owner's perspective to finished cost and function.
